What an absolute shame; a fantastic performance of Mice and Men at The Playhouse Theatre in Somerset West was so poorly supported.
Due to a “glitch” at Computicket, prospective patrons were wrongly informed that the show was fully booked.
I attended the last night it was on, when – at the end – there was audible sobbing from the audience, a testament to the acting and directing of this show.
I repeat, what a (crying) shame.
