The winemaker evenings hosted at Le Grand Domaine Enoteca, wine bar and restaurant In Stellenbosch, returns to the local entertainment scene with the first event to be hosted on Thursday February 1.
The first event of the year will kickstart with summer-inspired wines. Participants will get to to taste the bubbly, rosés, and white wines, ideal for enjoyment on balmy Stellenbosch evenings.
Well-known musician, Gerald Clark, will be providing the entertainment, while Le Grand Domaine winemaker, Debbie Thompson, will be showcasing wines from their range as well as those from the Stellenview Premium Wines portfolio.
The eight wines on offer have been carefully selected to pair with the seasonal-inspired meal served. The wines will also be available to purchase, at a discounted price, on the evening as well.
A new addition to the event is that 10 handmade wooden boxes, containing one of each of the wines tasted on the night, will be available to purchase. An exclusive offer which will only be available on February 1.
Tickets for the evening cost R550 per person and include the tasting, a two-course shared meal as well as bubbly on arrival.
