We were part of the “seething mass of humanity” today at the Department of Home Affairs trying to sort our papers, but were blessed with an “angel” in the human form of Khayakazi Xengeshe whose understanding, kindness and helpfulness made up for all the frustrations of queueing and waiting.
We left hours later, weary, but with grateful hearts.
