Strand Nippers on song

 Strand Nippers ended in overall fifth place at the Western Cape Nipper Championships at Clifton Beach, on Saturday March 4 and Sunday March 5. Strand Nippers Caroline Noyce, Nicholas Cilliers, and Kyle Kirstein are in the Western Cape team that will compete at the inter-provincials in Port Elizabeth over the school holidays. Matthew van Romburgh and Ashley Hingeston won the top male and female competitor awards in the under-9 age group, while Ansty van Romburgh won the top female competitor award in the under-11 age group.
