Spier wine estate has just released the line-up for their Spier Sunset Sessions: Live Music on the Werf series of events, starting this coming Friday.
Visitors can enjoy live music from 4pm to 7pm on the spacious lawns. Admission is free, but spots on the lawn need to be booked in advance on Dineplan due to limited capacity, to allow social distancing.
Make it a night out and enjoy something to eat while vibing to some good music. Dining options include a picnic on your ticket. Here available options are the flagship Spier Summer Picnic, or the smaller Mini Picnic for two (includes a Vadas baguette, hummus, charcuterie and cheeses with lavash crackers) on the picnic menu.
The Wine Tasting station will offer a range of Spier wine options to enjoy and pizza to-go can be bought from Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery. Favourite options here include the The Fat Butcher (margherita, smoked beef brisket, bone marrow and salsa verde), but there’s many more to choose from.
Those in search of a more unique tantalising offering, can create their own unique al fresco feast with goodies from the Farm Café open until 7pm.
Sunset Session line-up includes Mark Haze performing on Friday February 4; Vosloo Bekker on Friday February 11; Ruben Gerritz can be seen on stage on Friday February 18; and Francois Haasbroek will end off the month’s performances on Friday February 25.
The March line-up will be revealed soon and Spier’s social channels can be followed for more updates. Visit, www.spier.co.za for more information.
