Bubbly delights

The Franschhoek Cap Classique and Champagne Festival, now in its12th year, attracted a record crowd of 4 700 festival goers on Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3, at the Huguenot Monument in Franschhoek. Thirty-five local Methode Cap Classique (MCC) producers, and five Champagne producers, poured their very best, and a number of local restaurants offered an array
