■ The Helderberg Village bridge event was held in aid of Helderberg Hospice at Talanie Hall on Monday June 4, organised by Audrey Hoyle, a resident at Helderberg Village and a dear member of the Helderberg Hospice family. Pictured, from left, are Nicky Wakeford, Penny Edwards, and Tessa Goudvis, who decorated the hall and tea table. Gifts and prizes were sponsored, and a scrumptious tea was served.
