Helderberg College, a higher education institution, established in 1893, has been providing quality, Christian education to national and international students for over 100 years, and has been a beacon in the local community for just as long.
In line with the strategic vision, Helderberg College has started the process of future developmental possibilities, namely an upmarket residential estate, for a portion of its property, situated at the end of Helderspruit Road in Somerset West.
The re-zoning process is currently underway and is being handled by an external development company.
As per the standard procedure, an opportunity will be provided to the neighbouring community to raise observations.
Helderberg College management would like to reassure all residents involved that their concerns have been noted and will do all in their power to address these concerns satisfactorily.
