Pink Geranium Nursery outside Stellenbosch is hosting a vertical vegetable planting morning, on Saturday February 2, from 10am to noon. Participants will also have a summer menu food demo with Marcelle, covering the following topics: eating freshly grown ingredients; growing your own; constructing a menu and dishes that incorporate what you’ve grown; and how to make basic ingredients that can be used throughout your cooking, such as mayonnaise and vinegar.
