Bringing smiles to Hospice

On April 6, two little Easter bunnies visited the Helderberg Day Hospice patients in Somerset West. Emma Brown, left, and Luka Mostert handed out Easter eggs to the patients, volunteers and staff. Their wide smiles and infectious laughter brought sunshine and joy to the patients.

The day hospice patients also received a visit on April 3, from the pupils in Joey von Horstens class at Helderberg Primary School, who presented the patients with youthful smiles and beautiful gifts to brighten their day. As part of their know us before you need us campaign, Helderberg Hospice welcomes visitors from schools in the Helderberg region. Call them at 021 852 4608 to schedule a visit.
