Bipolar support

■ The Somerset West Bipolar Support Group is hosting a talk by South African author Rahla Xenopoulos, pictured, on Saturday February 18, from 11.30am to 12.30pm, at the Life Church, 1 Lourier Street, Somerset West. She will be talking about her struggles as a person with bipolar, her ongoing efforts to come to terms with the disease and how she has overcome obstacles in her life to become a successful author. The struggle with bipolar is not limited to the person with the disease; it is also felt by their supporters. Entry is free, and donations are welcome. Call 084 956 7820.
