Perdeberg family festival

The Perdeberg Family Festival is taking place on Saturday October 19, from 10am to 5pm, at on the Vryguns Farm in Paardeberg, Paarl. On offer will be a full day of wines, live music, entertainment, children’s activities and a variety of foods. There will be performances by musicians such as Nic Stevens, Viljoen Retief and Newton & Co, and guests will also be able to participate in the family fun run through the vineyards, which will take place prior to the event. Choose between a 5km or 10km trail run. The event accommodates all ages and fitness levels. Chef Rob Hahn will be serving up a selection of family-style dishes in the farm restaurant, Eat@Perdeberg, and there will be a variety of food trucks. Guests can sample and taste a variety of wines, craft beers and bubbly produced by Perdeberg.  Tickets cost R160 which includes entry, a tasting glass, 10 wine-tasting coupons and the entertainment. Children under the age of 18 enter free.
