Distance for Difference (D4D) will be hosting The500-24Hr-Cycling and Spinning Challenge on Saturday October 21 and Sunday October 22.
In this sixth instalment, the race this year will be hosted at a brand new location, at Virgin Active, Waterstone Village in Somerset West.
The aim will being to have fun, challenge cyclists or spinners, and to raise at least R500 000.
You can enter for one or multiple spinning sessions, spin for 24 hours as an individual or enter a spinning team, cycle one or more of the 50km laps, or go for the full 500km over 24 hours.

Interested participants can sign up as an individual cyclist or spinner or as a team. Schools, organisations, businesses and companies can also take part.
Participants don’t need to be a Virgin Active member to join the event.
