Op die hoek van die sesde straat

Stefan Erasmus and Laura-Lee Mostert perform in Kanya Viljoen’s original play, Op die hoek van die sesde straat, which debuts at Woordfees 2020 at Hoërskool Cloetesville from Wednesday March 11 to Saturday March 14. The play, using intertextual references to the Greek mythology, Medea, interrogates notions of motherhood, belonging and what it means to desire in everyday South Africa. Performances take place as follows: Wednesday March 11, 8.30pm; Thursday March 12, 6pm; Friday March 13, 6pm; and Saturday March 14, 5.30pm. Tickets cost between R100 and R120 from Computicket.
