Mist surfers

The first of Cape Winelands Surfing trials for juniors was held on Strand beach on Sunday July 28. A team will be selected for the SA Junior Champs in Jeffrey’s Bay in September after three trials. The day started with mist and the surfing start was delayed as the judges could not see the surfers. The next trial is on Sunday August 4, in Melkbosstrand.
