Glorious show

I was part of the audience at the concert 95 Glorious Years recently, to celebrate the birthday of Queen Elizabeth. And glorious it was.

The high standard of the singers and musicians took my breath away and reduced me to tears.

As an 81-year-old, shut inside my home these many months, what a joy and great pleasure it was to see all my dear friends in the audience. No hugging, but just to smile behind our masks.

My thanks and congratulations to Bevan Sylvester and his team for a most enjoyable afternoon, and I do hope that I can look forward to many more such events in the future.
