Youth learn about protest poetry By Staff Reporter - Jun 17, 2022 Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter In honour of Youth Month, the Taalmuseum in Paarl, presented a free workshop on Afrikaans protest poetry. Community organisations and groups were in attendance. Wellington-based NGO, Angels of Hope, were one of the groups. Karel Dampies, chairperson and founder member, took some young people along to experience the workshop. Mr Dampies can be seen here with the young attendees, showing off their certificates of attendance.
