World class destination

Professor Andreas van Wyk, chairman, and Annemarie Ferns, CEO of Stellenbosch 360 made a courtesy call to mayor advocate Gesie van Deventer, middle. She was handed a copy of the new tourism brochure for the Stellenbosch region. In her foreword in the brochure, the mayor says: “Although the wine industry plays a major role in its success, all the communities of the greater Stellenbosch contribute to making it a world class tourist destination. Visitors are encouraged to engage with the diverse community, participate in the plethora of activities, sample world class wine and enjoy its many culinary delights.”
