Wine and food tourism conference at Spier

The panel of local and international speakers will centre their respective topics on the theme of innovation.

This year’s headline speaker is America-based big data wine specialist Cathy Huyghe, co-founder and CEO of Enolytics LLC, and who is also an author and wine columnist for Forbes and has written for the Harvard Business Review.

The line-up also includes innovation thought-leader, Peter Greenwall; Wandile Mabaso, a young Soweto-born, French-inspired chef, who is currently disrupting the culinary scene in Johannesburg; as well as foraging specialist, Kobus van der Merwe; Khuthala Gala-Holten, deputy managing director of Joe Public; and Tim Harris, CEO of Wesgro; among others.
