Ken Pulford, Helderberg
Like everyone else in the Helderberg and the rest of the Western Cape, my family and I are very concerned about the severe drought and water crisis that is threatening this whole region.
What is even more disturbing is that as Christians we are not hearing a vigorous united call for prayer from our various churches.
Surely in such a time of impending disaster we should be storming Heaven to beg our Heavenly Father to bless us with life-
giving rain to fill our parched dams and replenish our water supplies.
The politicians can’t do this but He can.
Please publish an urgent plea in your next edition to all our churches to pray for rain at their weekly services.
