Could I please ask the Bolander to remind your readers to have containers of water around the garden for the wild ones at this time of the year.
I was trudging around with the watering can this morning wondering how the dishes got empty so quickly when I spotted a robin sitting watching his mate take a very splashy bath in an ice-cream tub. Such a happy-making sight!
I wish I could get up the mountain to fill a few tubs for the fire survivors.
