Megan Kreft, from Somerset West, pictured in full stride, winning the Open Ladies’ Beach Sprint event, held at Milnerton Beach last weekend. Strand Surf Lifesaving Club competed at the Western Cape Surf Lifesaving Championships for Juniors and Seniors, and finished fifth overall.
