Specs for the little ones

■ Marlene Whitehead, pictured left, of the Hope HIV Outreach, Prevention and Education Centre, recently visited Paarl Rotary to tell Rotarians about the work this organisation does at Paarl hospitals as well as at Tygerberg Hospital. She also presented two boxes of children’s spectacle frames to Paarl Rotary president, Abie Martin, for donation to needy youngsters identified by the Department of Health. The frames were received from overseas donors.
