The Fairtree Simonsberg contour trail run stage race takes place on Saturday February 10 and Sunday February 11, starting and finishing at the Dirtopia Trail Centre at Delvera on the R44.
Participants can customise their racing schedules with a choice of 15km and 25km trails as well as a fun 7km on the Sunday only.
Entry fee, which includes timing, breakfast, lunch, water points and a medal, ranges from R200 to R720 depending upon the events entered over the two days.
A total purse of R10 000 will be up for grabs for the overall winners with equal prize money for the women and men.
Only runners, who complete both days of the same distance, qualify for prizes and trophies. No prizes will be awarded to those who mix their distances or complete only one day.

Meal vouchers can be booked for family members and friends, who would like to support participants at the finish carnival.
