Shannon Swanepoel, a pupil at Parel Vallei High School, has been selected by Investec Bank as the 2020 “Out of the Ordinary” winning candidate.
This award celebrates and represents distinctiveness, a passion for performance, an entrepreneurial spirit, out-of-the-box thinking, focus and determination to see ideas through; strong leadership skills, creativity and care for others. Shannon was given the award by Carol Reynolds, Investec regional manager – investments.
For now, an exciting new chapter awaits Shannon, as a medical student at the University of Stellenbosch.
