I would like to make contact with any existing ex-Rhodesian person or Zimbabwean groups or societies based in South Africa, as I have a beautiful copy pencilled sketch of Victoria Falls by the famous artist Charles E Peers (1875-1944), and would like to find a home where it would be admired and enjoyed.
The size of the print is 44 x 48cm; framed under glass by Infin Arts, Wynberg some 43 years ago.
This artwork was found in an old Garrick Theatre trunk. It was a popular and very active group many moons ago, and one to which my father belonged.
Alas, I simply do not have sufficient wall space in my cottage where I could hang it.
