PV musos shine

■ Parel Vallei high School’s Ethan Verrezer and Joshua Swanepoel, pictured, members of the school’s Blue Thread Show Band, were selected to play in the All Stars Band, during the Cape Town International Jazz Festival Music and Careers Programme, on Sunday March 11 at the Artscape Theatre. The All Stars Band’s first performance took place at Greenmarket Square on Tuesday March 20, followed by a number of performances during the Cape Town International Jazz Festival last weekend.
