I would like to know how it is still possible for home owners to get permission to build huge swimming pools on their property while the Western Cape is still experiencing a drought situation?
While walking along the fence near the entrance gate in the Helderberg Nature Reserve recently, I saw a massive excavation taking place on an adjoining property.
This can only mean a pool is being built, anything else doesn’t make sense.
These massive houses along the fence also have luscious green lawns. They are probably using bore hole water, but I know that there are also restrictions regarding bore hole usage?
