PEP is deeply saddened by the incident that took place at our store in Strand.
We are very grateful that nobody was hurt by the robbers. Our store staff have been sent for counselling.
We will relook the security at the store, and make sure that our customers feel safe when they shop at the store in future, because delighted customers are our focus and pleasure.
