Patch calender

The Patch 2022 calendar, which will feature artwork by local watercolour artist Stephen J Quirke, was launched at The Haven Café in Bizweni, on Tuesday March 30.

The calendar, called “Local Stories”, will have 24 of Stephen’s watercolours, featuring some of the wonderful beauty of the Cape, with special focus on the Helderberg and surrounding areas of Strand, Stellenbosch and Gordon’s Bay.

The event was well attended by members of Rotary, local businesses and the general public.

In a way to sponsor a worthy cause, an individual or business can select an artwork that has the most meaning to them, and select the month for it to be featured in.

As an example, it can be a platform to promote a company or service, or a memorial to some one special, or a gesture of love or honouring a special anniversary.

Those interested in sponsoring an art work in the calendar, or who wish to secure a copy of the calendar ( A4 R150 and A3 R200 ), can contact info@preciouspatch.co.za
