In Somerset West, Kingstone Crescent, the bins were not been emptied last Thursday. It is impossible to get in contact with the municipality using the number 086 010 3089, as there is no answer after having been guided to “Refuse” (Only some automatic response and repeated announcements about water shortage, but no person to talk to).
This type of service is unacceptable. Where do the huge sums of money go that are paid by citizens each month?
