The official opening of Summerhill Road, linking the Old Sir Lowry’s Pass Village Road with the Bizweni Avenue intersection, saw the completion of the first phase of the R25 million infrastructure upgrade by the developers of the Mzuri residential estate in Somerset West. The upgrade includes a significant improvement to the road network, water and sewerage system and electricity supplies as well as the storm water systems.
The Bolander (formerly the Helderberg Sun) was established in 1996 and renamed Bolander in 2007. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Somerset Mall and Waterstone Mall within its distribution area.
