New president for Anns

The Helderberg Rotary Anns are sharing their presidential duties among four very capable Anns during this Rotary year. President Carol Vader has finished the first quarter. She hands over, and pins the president’s badge, on incoming president, Pauline Brinkworth, for the next quarter.
