Grande Provence head chef, Marvin Robyn, enchanted guests last week with a preview of his new menu, featuring well-loved traditional favourites with an intriguing twist, at the Franschhoek estate. Guests were treated to a seven-course menu, which showcased Marvin’s creations, each paired with a Grande Provence wine.
