Meat-free Monday challenge

Meat-free Mondays have become a popular international trend. The idea is to challenge people to eat no meat at all on Mondays in an effort to improve their health – and the health of our planet. During the Covid-19 epidemic, Hirsch’s is on a mission to stay as fit and healthy as possible, and with the catering company, Eat Greek, have come up with a fun competition to get your taste buds dancing. Come up with your tastiest vegetarian dish – accompanied by a delicious colourful salad, and send them a photo of the end result – and a photo of the creator/s. of the dish. There are many prizes up for grabs, including Hirsch’s and Eat Greek vouchers, and Margaret Hirsch’s My Vegetarian Life cook book.
