Maths excellence at PV

Last week, the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) presented Parell Vallei High School, in Somerset West, with an award for excellence in academic performance, in the provincial mathematics systemic tests that all Grade 9 pupils wrote. Each year these systemic tests measure the performance of Grade 9 pupils in maths, and Parel Vallei is one of only four WCED high schools to receive an award.
