Mandela Day in Paarl

To celebrate Mandela Day, Paarl Rotary president Marita van der Sluys, right, presented 157 blankets to Jolanda van der Lingen of the Valcare Trust, the umbrella organisation for charities in the Paarl Valley. The blankets were distributed to a number of needy local creches to help youngsters fend off the winter cold.
