* Dr. Martin Combrinck has joined the Dynamic Healing Center, and is holding a free laughter therapy session on Mandela Day, Monday July 18, at the centre at 14 Steynsrust Road, Somerset West, at 4.30pm.
Martin is a laughter and yoga therapist and has developed the “Smile Programme” – which enhances emotional intelligence amongst participants, using laughter as a catalyst, and he also works in schools.
On Mandela Day they are also a collection point for any of the following donation items: socks, beanies, gloves and jerseys. All the donations will go to The Halli Trust – a community organisation in Somerset West. All donations can be dropped off at the centre between 2pm and 4pm.
