Living Maths

Former NASA astronaut, Dr Don Thomas, a veteran of 692 earth orbits, will be speaking at Somerset College on Wednesday September 11, at 6.30pm, about his experiences as an astronaut, with a focus on the mathematics and science that underpin space travel. This is the first of a number of talks Dr Thomas will give as part of the Living Maths Space Tour sponsored by STEM-based (science, technology, engineering, maths) educational NGO, Living Maths.
