Learn how to make your own apple cider vinegar and kombucha with Debbie Farnaby at the Pink Geranium Nursery, on Saturday March 2, from 10am to 2pm. Both are all-natural fermented foods that supplement your bodies’ good bacteria, and the step-by-step workshop will show you how to make them, and share countless uses for your body and your home. The cost is R275, which includes refreshments, and a bottle of apple cider vinegar. There will also be a children’s activity for R75, where they can paint a pot and plant a vegetable.
