Kids XTERRA

■ Junior adventure-seekers can experience the action of the largest XTERRA in the world when they toe the line on the water’s edge of the Eikenhof Dam on Saturday February 23, ready to partake in the XTERRA SA kids race. The XTERRA kids race includes swimming, mountain bike and trail run disciplines.  There are three categories to choose from when entering, with junior XTERRA warriors ranging from six to 15 years of age. Pictured is Klara du Plessis from Stellenbosch, who won a gold medal in the girls six-to-eight years category of the 2018 XTERRA kids race.
