Representatives of Seeff Somerset West arrived at True Grit picnic venue on Knorhoek Estate outside Sir Lowry’s Pass Village with hand-knitted clothes and blankets for the abandoned children in the care of all the wonderful “Kanga” moms who look after them while adoptions can be arranged. Eunice and Andrè RuthvenBruijns, who live on the estate, welcomed this gesture of community goodwill, which was inspired by a fundraiser they held for Noah, a baby boy with a heart defect, in their care.
