Jazz on a roll at PV

During the March holidays, the Parel Vallei Show Band took part with other high schools that were invited to attend the Cape Town International Jazz Festival’s skills development workshop programme. The workshop was presented by industry professionals and included classes in stage-etiquette preparation, musical appreciation and training in both musical and production elements. After the workshop, the schools also had the opportunity to perform at the Cape Town Jazz Festival development concert, held at the Artscape Theatre.
