Huberte Rupert memorial lecture

■ The 2018 Huberte Rupert Memorial Lecture will be presented by Elana Brundyn, pictured, chief executive officer of the Norval Foundation. This memorial lecture was instituted by the Stellenbosch Arts Association to pay tribute to a remarkable and modest woman, Ms Rupert, for her contribution to art awareness in Stellenbosch and as a patron of the arts.The lecture, titled “People, culture, place”, takes place today Wednesday, November 28 at 6.30pm at the University of Stellenbosch Museum.
