The 2017 Falke Trail Run Series wraps up with the blooming trail run at L’Avenir wine farm outside Stellenbosch on Sunday November 26.
Both the 11km and 6km runs traverse a route on single and jeep tracks between the vineyards, offering various terrains and views as well as a section through a forest with blooming wild flowers.
Online pre-entries at www.dirtopia.co.za receive discount – R110 for the 6km and R130 for the 11km – and close tomorrow, Thursday November 23. Late entries will be taken on the day at an additional fee. Registration starts at 7am with the 11km setting off at 8am and the 6km at 8.15am. All finishers will receive a medal and refreshments are offered on both routes. The restaurant will sell coffee, something to eat and the top class wines.
Tags can be rented or bought from the Dirtopia Trail Centre. Prizes are up for grabs for the top performing men and ladies, while title sponsor Falke will offer lucky draw prizes.
