A strong field of aspiring athletes competed at the Fedhealth XTERRA Lite in Grabouw on Sunday. Jamie Riddle of Stellenbosch, right, made his Grabouw triathlete debut, completing the race in a combined time of 1:09:34, and Megan Leslie, also from Stellenbosch, won the women’s 12.5km trail run, claiming gold in 59: 45.
