The Western Cape Blood Service (WCBS) appeals to Paarl residents to come out and donate blood this festive season every Thursday at the Paarl Clinic in Toringkerk Hall, Main Road, Paarl. Donors are welcome from 12.30 to 18.45pm. Blood donor criteria is to be between 16 and 75 years old, weigh more than 50kg, be in good health and lead a sexually safe lifestyle.
