Ward 100 Cllr wishes residents a happy Festive Season

As your Ward Councillor I would like to take this opportunity to wish all residents in Ward 100 a very happy festive season and a prosperous 2017!

I would also like to implore residents to be safe during this time and to be mindful of others and careful when travelling, so that this time may be spent with friends and loved ones without incident.

Residents are reminded that should they experience any faults or need contact the City, that they can be active citizens in logging service requests on the City’s Service Notification system. The City’s electronic reporting system will provide you with a reference number so you can track the progress of the request that you have logged. You can use one of the following options to log notifications:

Mobi site: You can use the mobi site to report faults such as potholes, water leaks, electricity failures and illegal dumping, among other service requests.

The mobi site can be accessed via your smart phone at: http://www.capetown.gov.za/mobi

SMS: You can send an SMS to:

31220 for electricity technical faults and

31373 for water technical faults

The contact Call Centre: 0860103089

Email: contact.US@capetown.gov.za

If you have not had any success regarding your service request within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch with me so that I can follow up on your behalf.
