Cast on 4 Kids

The Masikhule team thanks the community of the Helderberg for their wonderful contributions to their Mandela Day initiative, Cast On 4 Kids. This year was somewhat different in that they could not gather together to knit, crochet and share. This did not stop people bringing their donations to Sage & Thyme in Somerset West, who hosted the campaign. Masikhule works within maginalised communities, doing early childhood development (ECD) training. They received heaps of beanies, blankets, scarves, crocheted toys, masks, etc. For more information, visit www.masikhule.org
