Art get-together at Liebrecht

The Liebrecht Gallery in Somerset West has done some spring cleaning for its upcoming events in December, and is having a get-together on Friday November 9, from 5pm. It will be an informal affair, with no speeches or walkabouts, and visitors can come and go as they like. A fire will also be going in the garden area for those who wish to braai something. Take your own wine, and glasses, cutlery and plates will be available, with chairs outside. Some new works by Sharle Matthews, Ydi Coetzee, Heidi Beyers, Susan Grundlingh, Sharon Moses, Arlette Franks, Marguerite Roux, Jaco Coetzee, Rachelle Hugo, Nicole Anne Bouwer, Karen Wykerd, Estelle Marais, and Veronica Reid will be on show, as well as functional ceramics by Leon van der Merwe.
